How it works
From first knock
to final bow.
You bring the room and the guest list. Our vetted professional hosts and a hand-picked local cast bring everything else — scripted, rehearsed, and timed to your venue.

The process
Five steps.
- I
Tell us the night
Date, venue, guest count and event type — speakeasy, corporate holiday, NYE, fundraiser or gala, wedding, or private party.
- II
Pick your program
Choose a package or bundle. Add the Great Gatsby Jazz Band, swing & Charleston dancers, lighting, a photo backdrop, silent disco, casino tables or a murder-mystery twist.
- III
We arrive early
Password-door and peephole kit, accessory station, Art Deco backdrop accents, host scripts and run-of-show cards. We need standard power and a clear arrival path for the secret-door moment.
- IV
The show runs itself
Our vetted professional hosts and a hand-picked local cast carry the evening from the first knock to the final bow.
- V
Soft out, clean strike
The host closes the night, the cast exits in character, and our crew strikes everything we brought.
What we bring
The kit arrives early.
We need standard power and a clear arrival path for the secret-door moment. Everything else comes with us and leaves with us.
- Password-door / peephole kit
- Accessory station: boas, pearls, fedoras, headbands
- Art Deco backdrop accents
- Host scripts and run-of-show cards
- Contest prizes and themed props
Run of show
A typical three hours.
Every timeline is adjusted to your dinner service, speeches and venue curfew. This example includes mingling characters with a Gala program; Starter and Signature do not include mingling characters.
