What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, event date, guest count, event type, venue, package interest, add-ons, how you heard about us and your message. We may also record marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you used to arrive.

How we use it

Only to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and coordinate your event. Quote details may be stored in our email and customer-relationship tools.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share event details with the performers and partners we coordinate for your event only as needed to deliver it.

Retention & your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by noting it in a message through our quote form.

This site does not use advertising cookies. A short-lived browser session value may store campaign parameters so they can accompany your quote request.
